Can't get enough of Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop? Neither can we.

So, even though the blond beauty takes the time to fill us in on her latest obsessions on a weekly basis on her site, we still had to take the time to ask her to share a few tips when we recently caught up with her during the press day for Hugo Boss' Nuit fragrance launch in London.

Namely, how does she manage to take care of herself when she's busy raising two kids, running a site, starring in Hugo Boss' campaign and handling an acting career?

Here's how Paltrow avoids running herself ragged:

1. Carve Out Some Alone Time: "As a woman who works and has children, having time alone is very important, and even if it's 10 minutes to meditate or to take a quick walk or just to close the door and have a minute to check-in and genuinely see what's going on, because I think as women we tend to take care of so many people, please so many people and sometimes we forget to really understand where we are and how we're feeling and I think that's very important for spiritual health," the actress told E! News.

2. Treat Yourself: Once you've managed to carve out a little time for yourself, make sure you're doing something that will help you de-stress. "It's nice to try and do something once a week, whether it's do some yoga or have a massage," she advised.

3. Pick Up a Book: In addition to maintaining a healthy body, take the time to stimulate your mind. "I read a lot of books about spirituality, awareness and relating—so it's an ongoing education."
