A family source exclusively tells E! News the MTV reality star and husband Javi Marroquin are expecting their first child together. She is 7 weeks along.
Lowry's bundle of joy will join big brother Isaac, the young mother's 3-year-old son with ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera.
Kailyn and Javi quietly wed back in September before Marroquin left for Air Force training in Texas, but based on the twosome's Twitter interactions, the couple seem blissfully happy to be together.
The 21-year-old soon-to-be mother-of-two shot to reality stardom after she became a cast member on MTV's hit show 16 & Pregnant.
