Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett said it was was her first time attending a race with hubby Hank Baskett and their son.
"We're getting into it because of our son," Wilkinson told E! News at the Sprint Cup Series race at the Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, Calif. "He's obsessed with cars."
The Basketts are also friends with racing superstar Kyle Busch. "We're here for [Kyle] and rooting him on and of course, Danica," Kendra said.
That would be Danica Patrick, who was named Favorite Female Athlete the day before at the Kids' Choice Awards. She gushed about seeing and meeting celebs like Kristen Stewart, Sandra Bullock, Neil Patrick Harris and a certain Pirates of the Caribbean star.
"I was leaving the show so I could get back to the track because obviously race day is today," Patrick said after a pre-race Q&A with fans. "So as I went out back, Johnny Depp was arriving...Who doesn't want a Johnny Depp sighting?...It's just cool."
Also cool? My race day! Not only did I get the the chance to go behind the wheel and drive a car around the track at 130 mph but I also got to work with with racing powerhouse Clint Bowyers' pit crew.
