Braless Lindsay Lohan Returns (Almost) to Scene of 2011 Necklace Theft

Actress is joined by ex-assistant Gavin Doyle and what appears to be new love interest Avi Snow

Lindsay Lohan is excited about moving forward, even if she did go back to (almost) the scene of her 2011 necklace heist.

Yep, on Thursday, the 26-year-old actress strolled through Venice, Calif., just four blocks from where she swiped that $2500 necklace from Kamofie & Co. jewelry store. Lindsay was accompanied by her ex-assistant/BFF Gavin Doyle and a handsome gentleman who appears to be her new love interest Avi Snow.

The Mean Girls starlet, who sources tell E! News is "in the early stages" of her relationship with the City of the Sun guitarist, didn't feel the need to get too dolled up for her afternoon out. She wore cute, colorful flats, faded jeans, a gray tank top and oversize sunglasses, but she appeared to have forgotten to put on a bra. (When gravity's not an issue, why bother?!)

As for what's next up for Linds? Well, she's going to film a guest stint on Charlie Sheen's FX comedy Anger Management, then it's off for a court-ordered 90 days in locked rehab at a location still TBD.
