It's all happening!
Girl Meets World, Disney Channel's highly anticipated reboot of Boy Meets World, is officially on, people, as Ben Savage, Danielle Fishel and the rest of the cast began production on their pilot episode on Wednesday.
But Fishel and Savage weren't the only original castmembers on set! Fan favorites such as Rider Strong (Shawn!), William Daniels (Mr. Feeny!) and more stopped by filming to wish the new generation good luck.
Maitland Ward Baxter, who played Rachel on the original series, posted a photo of herself with Daniels on the new set. Awww! Savage also posted a photo of the new classroom set with the caption, "Almost showtime."
Rowan Blanchard, who landed the coveted role of Cory and Topanga's preteen daughter Riley in the reboot, tweeted a photo from the set with Strong and Will Friedle, who played Cory's older brother Eric, saying, "Rider Strong and Will Friedle visited us. OH MY GOSH!"
Rowan's costar Sabrina Carpenter, the Shawn to her Cory, who also appears in the photo, tweeted, "Shawn and now Maya :) What an honor to meet you Mr. @RiderStrong #boymeetsworld #GirlMeetsWorld."
Are you excited about the reboot? Did your inner teen squeal at seeing Strong and Friedle together again? Sound off in the comments!
