Don't mess with Kate Gosselin's kids.

On Tuesday, the 37-year-old's mothering instincts kicked into high hear when she unleashed a scathing Twitter diatribe aimed at those whom she says constantly pretend to be her children online.

And the mother of eight is making it perfectly clear that she's had enough of the supposed cyber-imposters.

It all started when Gosselin—who's no stranger to online feuds—called out a Twitter user with the same last name as her family's.

"@RealCGosselin it is illegal to impersonate people on twitter etc. please change your ID and email immediately. Thank you." she wrote to the user, a music producer who goes by the name Carlos Gosselin.

She later followed that up with: "The per impersonating my child(CGosselin) tweeted 'love you mom' 2me.Whether he really has last name or not,it's impersonation w that tweet!"

The object of her ire, meanwhile, defended his tweet.

"It was a joke. I have the same last name chill out Kate. Me and Jon chill on the real," he posted, before adding, "Really could care less. I was born as Carlos Gosselin. Ain't changing a damn thug about it ha."

Mama Gosselin, however, found the exchange anything but funny.

"And if it was meant as a joke to me, then I missed the joke--busy being a mom and am CONSTANTLY dealing w ppl impersonating my children!" she replied.

Guess people now know what not to tweet the mom of eight when sending her unsolicited 140-word missives.
