Everyone—probably even Shakira!—gets a little nervous about their first day on the job.

But the newest judge on The Voice already has one big thing going for her: Christina Aguilera's got her back! On Monday, the blond beauty urged Adam Levine and Blake Shelton to be nice to the new girl!

"Know how u boys can get @adamlevine @blakeshelton," Christina tweeted. "so watch locker room humor & treat @shakira like lady she is on new #TheVoice #girlpower"

Shakira was grateful for the support, tweeting, "Thanks for looking out @xtina! Shak #TheVoice"

And while Shakira and Usher will be joining Blake and Adam in those fancy chairs when The Voice premieres next Monday, don't rule out seeing Christina back again in the future.

"It's bittersweet," she told E! News in September, after choosing to step down from the reality competition to focus on her album, Lotus. But she'd already talked with The Voice producer Mark Burnett about her possible return.

"He understands that we're artists first," she said. "In order to remain great coaches and to stay relevant, we have to go out and we have to still tour, see our fans one-on-one. I have to feel creatively fulfilled in order for me to then do my job as a coach and be on that show."

We'll keep our fingers crossed!
