Well, it's Facebook official, folks

Just two and a half years after Tiger Woods and wife Elin Nordegren officially divorced following a much buzzed-about cheating scancal, the disgraced golfer has formally announced his relationship with Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn, and the budding couple posted a slew of photos on Facebook together to document their love.

"This season has been great so far and I'm happy with my wins at Torrey and Doral. Something nice that's happened off the course was meeting Lindsey Vonn," the star athlete captioned the album—which features four perfectly posed pics of the happy couple—on his social media page. "Lindsey and I have been friends for some time, but over the last few months we have become very close and are now dating. We thank you for your support and for respecting our privacy. We want to continue our relationship, privately, as an ordinary couple and continue to compete as athletes."

Vonn also provided her take on her new beau via Facebook (natch), posting a similar pic of the couple and confirming the relationship rumors:

"I guess it wasn't a well-kept secret but yes, I am dating Tiger Woods," the Olympian admits. "Our relationship evolved from a friendship into something more over these past few months and it has made me very happy. I don't plan on addressing this further as I would like to keep that part of my life between us, my family and close friends. Thank you for understanding and your continued support! xo LV"

Rumors have been swirling the two were more than just friends since the New Year, and Vonn only added fuel to the relationship fire when she returned to the U.S. via Tiger Wood's private plane following a devastating knee injury at the Alpine World Championships in Austria.

Mystery solved. Enjoy the (awkward) photo album.
