Like most of us, Kim Kardashian clearly loves a little pampering every now and then.

The pregnant E! star was spotted in Beverly Hills on Friday getting a manicure, a pedicure as well as a massage.

All at once.

Which is totally understandable.

After all, when you've got things like exercise, working on a baby registry and getting blood facials on your plate, time is of the essence!
