No one is immune to hackers these days—and, if you're a celebrity, maybe you're more exposed than most.

A website (that shall remain nameless) has posted what it claims are credit reports and other personal information belonging to 11 famous people, ranging from Beyoncé and Jay-Z to Vice President Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton.

The LAPD tells E! News that they are looking into the situation but there's no official word yet on what sort of action is being taken or if the information splashed online is the real deal.

Ironically, Kim Kardashian—whose purported info also ended up online—had tweeted, in response to a compliment about last night's episode of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami, "Shhh don't tell our secrets! LOL let's start a detective company! RT @RoxySowlaty: Loving KKTM.. @KimKardashian really should be a detective! I remember you teaching us about spoof call and breaking into voicemails!!!!"

It might just be the perfect day to start that side business.

In addition to the aforementioned celebs, personal and financial information supposedly belonging to Paris Hilton, Ashton Kutcher, Mel Gibson,  L.A. Police Chief Charlie Beck, FBI director Robert Mueller and U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder also ended up on the site.

"LAPD detectives are investigating the recent disclosure of Chief Beck's personal information. Apparently, this is not a hacking incident. It is called 'doxxing.' It has happened to the chief in two other occasions post-Occupy LA," LAPD said in a statement to E! news. "We are not at liberty to discuss the others mentioned in the web post. There will be no other comments or press conferences on this matter."
