Justin Timberlake returned to Saturday Night Live to host the late night laugher for the fifth time…and proved you can never have too much of a good thing.

After dancing out on to the stage, the "Suit & Tie" singer quipped about joining the "Five-Timers Club," an elite group of stars who have hosted the show at least five times.

"There are so many exciting things about hosting five times," Timberlake said during his monologue. "You get to see old friends. You get to try new things. You get to inevitably let everyone down thanks to overly high expectations…thanks, Internet!"

And that's when the show got seriously star studded.

As Timberlake stepped off stage to mix and mingle in the private "Five-Timers Club" with other famed five-timers. Chevy Chase, Steve Martin, Alec Baldwin, Candice Bergen and Tom Hanks all popped up in the private club to welcome him.  SNL alum Dan Aykroyd served as the bartender in the private club, since he only hosted the show once, and SNL alum Martin Short, a three-time host, was a waiter.

While Timberlake opened the show with an impersonation of Elton John, singing and playing the piano at recently deceased Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez's mock funeral, one of his best skits of the night was "It's a Date," in which he got into full "D*ck in a Box" mode with Andy Samberg to vie for a young woman's (Vanessa Bayer) affection on a game show.

"Our day would go down like this…first thing we do is take you shopping, ooh down at the mall, then lay you down slow and do you right. Both of us railing on your butt. Romance," Samberg and Timberlake crooned.

Steve Martin and Dan Akroyd also were on hand to reprise their "Wild and Crazy Guys" role, throwing on their wacky pants to win her love with their trademark crass remarks.

Samberg returned for "Maine Justice," in which Timberlake played a Cajun sheriff and Jason Sudeikis served as judge, presiding over Samberg's case.

Then, in a romantic comedy spoof, Timberlake meets and falls in love with an "adorable brunette" (Nasim Pedrad) who has it all, including a "d-ck."

And in "Caligula" Timberlake played the Roman emperor as an alcoholic sex addict who gives sobriety a shot.

"Last week I woke up with my penis in the mouth of a dead lion, and I don't even want to tell you where the lion's penis was," Timberlake admitted to a group. "I was like, This has got to stop."

In "Veganville," Timberlake popped up dressed as a big block of tofu, throwing lyrics about vegan food into songs like Rihanna's "We Found Love" and Trinidad James' "All Good Everything." He even broke out into the Harlem Shake while he was at it.

The multi-talented singer-dancer-actor also served as the performer for the night, singing "Mirrors" and "Suit & Tie," in which he was joined by surprise guest Jay-Z.

When he sang "Suit & Tie," Timberlake changed one of the lyrics from "got a hit and picked up a habit," to "hit so big, got rappers acting dramatic," which coincidentally followed Kanye West's diss about the song during his concert in London.
