The mother of Mick Jagger's latest kid asked for some legal satisfaction yesterday.

In New York Family Court Wednesday, the apparently still rolling Rolling Stone reaffirmed that he fathered the child born to Brazilian model Luciana Morad last May.

Jagger, 56, admitted last year that little Lucas Maurice Morad Jagger was his. Yesterday's hearing was to determine exactly how much money he'd have to fork over for child support.

Testifying via phone from London, Jagger said he had no objection to being listed as dad on the birth certificate. (Not that he had a choice--Morad's legal crew had the blood and DNA evidence to prove the paternity.) However, Mick's attorney suggested Morad just wanted to cash in. "She seems to believe that the birth of this child entitles her and her household to permanent support," the lawyer said, adding that since last July Jagger has sent Morad $48,000.

Morad, 29, was looking for a big payoff, something to the tune $30,000-$35,000 per month, to help her pay for rent and a nanny. "We are dealing with a man who, as I understand it, is the highest paid entertainer in the world, probably worth a quarter of a billion dollars," said Morad's celebrity divorce lawyer Raoul Felder. He also said baby Lucas has "some unfortunate medical condition."

When the sniping was over, Hearing Examiner David Kirshblum ordered Jagger to temporarily pay support of $10,000 a month. Jagger has until a May 9 court date to come up with financial proof that he can't afford that sum.

While far from impoverished, Mick might make a case that he has many mouths to feed. In addition to Lucas, Jagger's brood includes four children by ex-wife number two Jerry Hall (who split after finding about his tryst with Morad), one by ex-wife number one Bianca Jagger and one by actress Marsha Hunt. Mick's wallet also took a hit last year when he and Hall divorced--a split that reportedly cost him $15 million.
