You Brits take swearing bloody seriously!

On Monday, Russell Brand appeared on U.K. talk show This Morning and, while enthusiastically promoting his upcoming Comic Relief show, accidentally let a swear word (if you live across the pond) slip.

"We've got a bloody good lineup!" he exclaimed, referring to Jessie J, Nicole Scherzinger and the rest of the stars performing at Wednesday's event to raise money for those struggling with alcohol and drug abuse.

"Sorry, sorry, sorry," host Phillip Schofield interjected, shaking his head at the camera.

"You should not have had to tolerate that," Russell quipped back. "You're trying to live your life, now you've been sworn at. What's going on in the world?"

"F--k it," he went on. "Just turn off the telly, play with the dog."

Admittedly, that second curse word would've raised some eyebrows even here in the States.
