Rachel Zoe's former assistant, Brad Goreski is one busy guy!

Between filming his hit TV show It's a Brad Brad World (which premieres tonight on Bravo), styling for Kate Spade occasionally and racking up mega celebrity clients like Jessica Alba, Rashida Jones, Stacy Keibler and a very pregnant Jenna Dewan-Tatum (who looked ridiculously beautiful on the red carpet at last week's Oscar Awards), the stylist still manages to keep up appearances and offer advice to others.

When we had the chance to sit down with the fashion guru, we had to ask his 3 rules for spring shopping.

Here's what he told us:

1. Try Tone-on-Tone. "My favorite trend this spring is tone-on-tone for women," he says. Take note from Michael Kors and Moschino's collections, and sport a chic black and white dress for the office!

2. Embrace Prints. "I love that the print trend is still continuing this season," he says. A pair of vibrant printed jeans, paired with a white tee and sandals is perfect for lounging on the weekends.

3. Wear Florals. We all adore a pretty floral dress for spring, but this season, try florals elsewhere! "I love that florals are making its way into accessories for spring," he says. "A floral bag or floral shoes are great ways to incorporate the trend into your wardrobe."

What do you think of Brad's advice? Will you give any of these trends a whirl this spring?
