Friday in Los Angeles, the 20-year-old singer debuted her edgy tresses. She paired her newly steel-blue 'do with bright red lipstick and a cute black crop top.
Miley took to Twitter to explain her new look.
"My hurrr ain't blue," she wrote. "That s--ts PLATINUM."
