By the looks of his mug shot, we'd say Jack Swagger is being taken to the legal mat.

The WWE star (real name: Donald Jacob Hager Jr.) has been collared in Mississippi on DUI and pot-possession charges, E! News confirms.

Per Mississippi's Sun Herald, Swagger was busted in Gulfport Tuesday night after leaving a taping of WWE Smackdown at the Coast Coliseum in Biloxi.

A police cruiser noticed the Florida native speeding in his 2013 Ford Taurus and pulled him over. After a search of the vehicle turned up ganja, Swagger was taken into custody and booked on charges of driving under the influence, possession of marijuana and speeding, all misdemeanors.

The former world heavyweight champ was released a few hours later and given a summons to return to court for a hearing set for March 12.

"He was released to an acquaintance who picked him up at the police station," police Capt. Craig Petersen told the newspaper.

Swagger couldn't be reached for comment, but the WWE has since released a statement saying, "Mr. Swagger is responsible for his own personal actions."
