Has Alec Baldwin decided to be a little less social?

Well, that's certainly what the 30 Rock star seemed to suggest when he took to Twitter on Feb. 19.

In a series of one- to three-word tweets, the actor put together the following:

"Here is a tweet that will take me to a total of 10,000 tweets. And then I think I might take some time to do other things in the world," he wrote.

No word if his possible departure from the Twitterverse has anything to do with the recent allegation by a New York Post photographer that Baldwin spewed racial slurs during a heated run-in outside his apartment over the weekend.

Baldwin said the allegation is "one of the most outrageous things I've heard in my life...it never happened."

As for whether he has permanently stopped his fingers from doing some talking, guess time will tell.
