This Sunday, during the Countdown to the Red Carpet, George Kotsiopoulos and Kelly Osbourne are going to be counting down the best of the best—and they want your input!
Kelly has selected her top five favorite hairstyles and the contenders are: Jessica Alba (2008), Sandra Bullock (2010), Julia Roberts (2001), Amanda Seyfried (2009) and Kate Winslet (2009).
