Kim Kardashian isn't the only one who's over Kris Humphries.

On the eve of a hearing on Kardashian's request to get a trial date set ASAP in their divorce case, Humphries' attorney, Marshall Waller, filed a motion to be removed as counsel.

Waller cited irreconcilable differences—that old breakup standby—as the reason for the "irremediable breakdown" of their attorney-client relationship, according to court documents obtained by E! News.

A hearing on Waller's motion is scheduled for March 20.

With a court date on the books for tomorrow morning on her motion, it's unclear as yet as to what effect this will have on Kardashian's desire for a speedy trial or, pending further complications, the bifurcation of her case so that she can be legally divorced even if their financial issues are not sorted out.

Kardashian's camp has accused Humphries of unnecessarily prolonging the process, while Humphries has accused his ex's team of blocking their discovery efforts—claims both sides have denied.

Kim, who's due in July, has expressed her wish to be divorced by the time she gives birth to her and Kanye West's child.

Humphries' team opposed her motion to compel a trial date, stating that she couldn't use her pregnancy as a reason to speed the process along.

Meanwhile, Waller's filing states the he informed his client of his decision by mail.
