Just six short months after giving birth to baby Camden, Kristin Cavallari has a body that most women would envy.

So, when we caught up with the reality-star-turned-jewelry-designer at the recent launch of her eponymous collection, we just had to ask her for tips on dropping the typically hard-to-lose baby weight.

And while some of Cavallari's advice is specific to new moms—like burning a whopping 500 calories a day by simply breastfeeding!—she also has helpful suggestions that any busy gal would appreciate. Take her fitness routine, which maximizes her workouts—and time with the oh-so-cute Camden—by targeting multiple muscle groups.

"I'll try to just do a lunge with a bicep curl, so I'm working more than one body part at a time," she reveals.
