Bruce Willis is big overseas, but especially in France whose government awarded the 57-year-old thesp the Commander of the Arts for his contributions to cinema.
Willis turned up in Paris Monday night to accept the honor accompanied by his 34-year-old model-wife, Emma Heming, and according to Agence France-Presse, said he felt at home in France having been born in neighboring Germany (back when it was West Germany, natch).
"I love my job, I still love my job. [It] still makes me laugh," he was quoted as saying.
The star—whose fifth installment in the Die Hard series, A Good Day to Die Hard, hits theaters on Valentine's Day—also predicted they'll be more Die Hards to come.
Earlier in the day, Willis and Hemming spent the day strolling around the City of Lights on a shopping spree.
All we can say is, Vive la Bruce!
