Kings of Leon's Nathan Followill Tweets First Pic of Baby Violet

Rocker releases the first public photo of his newborn daughter

Nathan Followill is tweeting somebody.

The Kings of Leon drummer and newly minted proud papa took to his Twitter page on Friday and unveiled his first twitpic of his newborn baby girl, Violet.

"Hello world, my name is Violet, nice to meet you," he captioned the post.

Followill and his wife, Jessie Baylin, welcomed the little bundle of joy to the world on Dec. 26 in Nashville, Tenn. Violet is the couple's first child, and she's already tagging along with daddy to one of his favorite pastimes—college hoops.

"Me(beer) & Violet(boob) are tailgating for the OU/Kansas basketball game. She's a Sooner loving daddy's girl," Nathan added.
