Ashton Kutcher is so grown up now that kids are pranking him.

A 12-year-old boy was charged today—and happy 35th birthday, Ashton!—with two felony counts apiece of making false bomb threats and computer intrusion for allegedly reporting fake emergencies at the jOBS star's house and at a Los Angeles bank, according to the L.A. District Attorney's Office.

On Oct. 3, the LAPD received word via teletype machine of a possible hostage situation at a Hollywood Hills residence belonging to Kutcher and it was only after helicopters and other expensive police resources were dispatched to the reported crisis did authorities learn they had been the victim of a hoax since coined as "swatting."

Similar incidents have occurred targeting homes belonging to Justin Bieber, Miley CyrusTom Cruise, Chris Brown and Bruce and Kris Jenner, but the charges filed today pertained only to Kutcher and a Wells Fargo Bank on Wilshire Boulevard.

The suspect's name is not being released, due to his age. He is due to be arraigned in Eastlake Juvenile Court on Friday.

Kutcher has celebrated the big 3-5 so far today by tweeting out a video he coproduced, "Top 10 Ways to Break a Heart (in Slow Motion)," featuring 10 quite literal destruction scenarios.
