Brandi Glanville Backtracking on LeAnn Rimes Tirade? "I Do Have a Conscience"

As far as feuds go, Brandi Glanville's beef with LeAnn Rimes is viciously epic, with the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star recently blasting ex Eddie Cibrian's new wife as a "little tramp."

But is Glanville having a change of heart?

The reality star, who conveniently happens to be on a promo blitz for her new book, Drinking & Tweeting and Other Brandi Blunders, recently mused about her ongoing throwdown with the country star, and whether she regrets some of the quote-ready, shocktastic zingers she's unleashed.

"I feel bad about some of the things I have to say," Glanville, 40, tells the New York Daily News. "I do have a conscience."

But in a quick switcheroo, she adds, "Then it's like, f--k it, let's put it in the book," noting that "we did take some things out for legal reasons, though."

What did eventually make it into the book, of course, is cannily engineered to get those jaws dropping, including the revelation that Glanville got vaginal rejuvenation surgery after her ex left her for Rimes—and then charged the $12,000 procedure to his credit card.

For their part, Cibrian and his new ladylove have been steering clear of the drama and trying "not to focus" on Glanville's tirades, a source tells E! News.
