Miley Cyrus picked a pair of light, ripped denim shorts with a whole lotta pocket poking out, paired with a floral belly shirt. The long-sleeves and the fact that it's an actual shirt are little competition for what Lady Gaga brings—or rather doesn't bring—to the table. Apparently Mother Monster didn't want her legs to get all the attention? Instead, she opted for indigo mini shorts, giant platform ankle boots and a pale blue, lace bra. And that's it.
