Today is World Cancer Day, and celebrities are taking a stand.

In honor of cancer survivors and in memory of those who lost their lives, stars like Emma Stone, Tim McGraw, Eric Stonestreet, Mindy Kaling, Tom Hanks, Seth Rogen and more are lending their support to the cause by answering the question, "Who do you stand up for?"

In the touching video, celebs share their personal thoughts and placard dedications, uniting together to stand up to the disease.
