Stacy Keibler's 3 Rules for Staying Fit

Actress shares advice for maintaining a healthy lifestyle

Let's be honest: Stacy Keibler is one inspiring woman.

Not only is the one-time Baltimore Ravens cheerleader (true fact!) absolutely gorgeous and dating George Clooney, but she's got an enviable career and a killer bod, too!

When we had the chance to take a spin class with her at L.A.'s Cycle House to benefit the American Cancer Society, we had to ask her about her fitness and diet philosophy. 

Here's what she shared:

1. You Are What You Eat. "This is a major rule I live by and it's true. I've learned a lot experimenting with food and different cleanses," the statuesque beauty told us. To curb her sweet tooth, Keibler makes her own superfood desserts out of homemade almond  milk combined with protein powders, all-natural sweeteners, oils, flavors and more. 

2. Get Your Heart Rate Up Once Every Day. The star tries to work out every single day depending on her schedule. "I go to Barry's Bootcamp, I spin, I hike, I do Pilates, I go down to the beach, I try to mix it up so I never get bored," she says. "Even if it's just doing jumping jacks for 10 minutes at home, it's important to keep your body moving." 

3. Take Time for Yourself. "I'm a big believer in maintaining a balance between body, mind and spirit. Take some time to meditate and restore your mind, even if it's just five minutes a day. It's so good for your overall being!"
