It's 8:25 p.m., do you know where your split personality is?

That's basically the gist of NBC's ambitious new drama Do No Harm, which centers on Dr. Jason Cole (Steven Pasquale), a gifted neurosurgeon who is constantly in battle with his dangerous alter ego Ian who seems hell-bent on destroying Jason's life. At 8:25 p.m., Ian takes over for 12 dark hours.

Now that you've seen the premiere, we (and our alter egos!) are curious to know what you thought of Do No Harm. Plus, we talked to Pasquale and the show's other stars about what viewers can expect from the series going forward.

"When they asked me I was really flattered because it's really range-y. I get to play almost every color of the spectrum," Pasquale says of taking on dual roles. "As Ian, some days I feel like we're making an action movie, and there's Jason, where we're making this intense medical drama. It really encapsulates a lot of actor muscles which is fun for me."

And though Ian comes off as a villain in the pilot, Alana De La Garza, who plays Dr. Lena Solis, Jason's love interest, teases, "The incredible thing is the audience isn't going to know who to love. You assume they are going to love the good guy, of course, and you will, but then you'll find yourself rooting for the bad guy."
