Miley Cyrus was in no mood to have her picture taken.

On Tuesday, Liam Hemsworth's fiancée turned the cameras on a paparazzo trying to take her picture while she walked her dogs.

"So this is a paparazzi that just jumped out of a handicapped vehicle. He seems to be running quite fine," the 20-year-old singer says in a Pheed video. "Doesn't look like he needs a handicapped sticker. [He] doesn't look very handicapped to me, yet if I park in a  handicapped spot because of these people, I get reported on the news."

"But no one cares about this criminal that's running through a children's neighborhood, driving outrageously while I'm with my three dogs," she adds. "I've already lost two dogs this year, not trying to get another one hit by a car."

She later asks her friend sarcastically, "Isn't it fun being filmed while you're on a walk?"

In a caption for the Pheed clip, Miley muses that the "man I've never seen before harassed me…All for your entertainment I suppose."

No fun in that. Keep your head held high, Miley girl.
