And let's just say the 9,725 square-foot contemporary style bachelor pad in the Hollywood Hills area of Los Angeles leaves little to be desired.
It has four bedrooms, six bathrooms, an upgraded kitchen, a sauna and city views that will knock your socks off. It's also located in a pretty prestigious neighborhood—quite a few A-listers are rumored to have called the same street home. But, if that isn't enough, this home still has a whole lot more to offer.
For starters, there is a glass catwalk, which is positioned above the pad's private wine cellar. The home also boasts a nightclub/lounge area (with a mirrored disco ball, of course!) and a dedicated screening room.
Still not satisfied? Let's not forget the full gym, glass-bottom swimming pool and billiards room, which features a windowed wall that provides underwater views of the pool—as does the lounge area. We did mention this was a bachelor pad, didn't we?
Ever the businessman, the actor-director-producer made a decent amount of money on the sale. He purchased the home under a blind trust for $9.6 million back in 2006, meaning made $1.65 million when he slapped the "sold" sign on the front lawn.
