30 Rock may be history in two days, but it will live on—not only in reruns but in the form of a Ben & Jerry's ice cream!

To celebrate the iconic NBC comedy's Jan. 31 series finale, the ice cream makers are rolling out a 30 Rock-inspired flavor that will give stressed out Lemonheads a nice confectionary treat to reach for when they realize their favorite TV show is no more.

Cofounder Jerry Greenfield is set to unveil the fresh new ice cream and its name at a special final party/viewing party on Thursday being held just steps away from New York City's Rockefeller Center, where the fictional series is set.

We're guessing it has a hint of lemon? Or maybe some Donaghy crunch? Either way, fans will want to go there.

According to Ben & Jerry's, the flavor was originally going to hit stores and scoop shops in the spring, but the company decided to move up the release date to coincide with 30 Rock's last hurrah. So ice cream lovers will be able to sample the new concoction at supermarkets across the country and their local Ben & Jerry's in a matter of days.

Eat your heart out, Liz!

The 30 Rock-themed flavor will join a host of other Ben & Jerry's products paying tribute to pop culture figures—from Cherry Garcia in honor of the Grateful Dead's Jerry Garcia and Phish Food named after the seminal jam ban Phish to Stephen Colbert's Americone Dream, Jimmy Fallon's Late Night Snack, and the Seinfeld homage Festivus.

Of course, Ben & Jerry's has flirted with Tina Fey and company before, having churned out for a limited time Schweddy Balls, a vanilla ice cream-and-rum flavor that was a cheeky shout-out to the Saturday Night Live skit featuring 30 Rock star Alec Baldwin, who plays Lemon's boss Jack Donaghy.
