Once upon a time, Ginnifer Goodwin found an amazing house in Los Angeles where she lived happily ever after.

The actress, who stays true to her "inner eight-year-old, who has always wanted to be a Disney princess," has built up her own fairy tale home, which she so graciously featured on Elle.

Purchased from Busy Philipps in 2007, Goodwin's two-bedroom Whitley Heights pad is full of antiques and accent pieces.

"Just like in fashion, it's all about balance," she says. "I pick one thing to feature. That's translated to the house, like in the kitchen table's bright yellow pop."

The Once Upon a Time star added, "This is my sacred space, my heaven, my oasis. I want, walking in, to feel like it's the kind of place where people stop by unannounced and it's hard to get them to leave...When people come over, we make noble plans to walk to the movies or bum around Amoeba Music but end up sitting here, kibitzing all night."

But it's not just guests that don't want to leave. Goodwin admits that she practically has to be "sandblasted from home for events."

Hey, with a place like that, can you blame her?
