I love the look of my coated skinny jeans, but don't want to ruin them in the laundry. What's the best way to clean coated denim?
—Natasha

I have just the solution for you!

Like Lea Michele and Olivia Wilde, I'm also a fan of coated jeans this season, and wanted to ensure they stayed in tip-top shape over time. And while these trendy bottoms are super sexy and surprisingly wearable, remember they're a tad more special than your plain old blue jeans.

Tossing coated denim will inevitably ruin them—the look and feel will fade quickly, and your cute coated skinnies will start to look a lot more drab without proper maintenance.

One of my favorite denim brands, Bleulab, offers an incredible range of cool reversible styles in every possible shade and fabrication you could ever dream of.

Stars like Katherine Heigl, Katharine McPhee, Janet Jackson, Britney Spears and Usher are just a few of their fans, and the brand highly recommends a genius process called freeze cleaning.

Basically after wearing your coated jeans, simply fold them lengthwise in a ziplock bag and stick them in the freezer for a minimum of 24  hours.

This DIY cleaning process brilliantly removes bacteria and scents, while preserving unique dyes and fabric treatments (and saves you a dry cleaning bill!)

And there you have it—thaw, wear, repeat!

I've inherited seriously dark under-eye circles and am searching for the most effective concealer out there. What do you recommend?

Glad you asked! I've tried countless concealers from drugstore brands to prestige varieties, searching for a miracle worker that really corrects and brightens the under eye area.

Among my favorites? I've long trusted Kevyn Aucoin's Sensual Skin Enhancer for flawless full coverage for heavy duty purposes, and think Laura Mercier's Secret Camouflage isn't a bad option either for every day.

And, last but not least, I've recently discovered The One concealer by Napoleon Perdis that I am wildly obsessed with. The peachy shade is amazingly effective in reducing hyperpigmentation or purple-ish gray tones under the eyes, especially flattering on ethnic skin tones.

Its creamy formula offers great coverage and lasts all day and provides a luminous, airbrushed finish.
