Is Adele making a statement without saying a word?

The British singer hasn't publicly revealed the name of her 3-month-old son, telling the media she's enjoying having the baby boy to herself for now, but she was spotted at high-end West Hollywood baby boutique Bel-Bambini wearing a gold necklace that spelled out a name.

The paparazzi didn't get too close, leaving some room for speculation, but the consensus among her hometown papers is that the name around Adele's neck is "Angelo."

Could that be what she and Simon Konecki named their little angel?!

"I am not sharing his name at the moment. It is very personal to me. I am enjoying him on my own," Adele told People backstage at the Golden Globes, where she was a winner for Best Song for the Skyfall theme.

Her personal and label reps have not yet returned requests for comment. Meanwhile, however, we do know what the songbird has been building her nest with.

A source tells E! News that Adele has been busy stockpiling baby essentials while in L.A. the last couple of weeks, making multiple trips to Bel-Bambini in West Hollywood.

Among the items that have been loaded into Adele's chauffeured black Range Rover, according to witnesses: a Boppy nursing pillow, a Skip Hop Activity Gym, a Baby Bjorn Babysitter Balance seat, Diaper Dekor pail and myriad baby shampoos and lotions.

Hmmm, she didn't happen to get any of that stuff monogrammed, did she?
