One Tree Hill's Jana Kramer Engaged to Country Singer Brantley Gilbert

Kramer, who was previously married to Johnathon Schaech, has been dating Gilbert for about a year

Jana Kramer is off the market!

The former One Tree Hill star is engaged to country singer Brantley Gilbert, a rep for Kramer confirms to E! News.

Kramer, 29, gave Gilbert the best birthday gift he could ask for on Sunday, his 28th birthday, when she said "yes" after he popped the question at the Ryman Auditorium Theater in Nashville.

The couple, who were both recently nominated for best new artist at the American Country Music awards, have been dating for a year.

"We could not be happier!" the couple told People in a statement. "We are so excited to share this special time with our loved ones and cannot wait to start the rest of our lives together."

This will be Kramer's second marriage; she married Johnathon Schaech in July of 2010, but the pair divorced only a month later.
