David Beckham Visits Cancer Patients and Wounded Soldiers at Hospital in England

Soccer star shows off his caring side during the surprise trip

David Beckham is proving that he's more than just a pretty face body.

The soccer stud visited patients in the Teenage Cancer Trust's Young Persons Unit at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, England, on Wednesday.

While there, Victoria Beckham's other half graciously took time out to chat and take pictures.

Earlier in the day, Beckham joined actor Ray Winstone for about an hour and a half to meet military and civilian patients and their famiies at the hospital's Royal Centre for Defence Medicine ward as well.
