Jesse McCartney is alive, well and rocking a new ‘do.
The "Beautiful Soul" singer—who was the latest victim of an Internet death hoax—is sporting a newly shaved head for his guest role on the Lifetime series Army Wives, and we have the exclusive footage of Jesse getting his buzz cut on.
And while it's no Miley topknot Twitter bomb, Jesse's countdown to his hair makeover is still pretty awesome.
The 25-year-old star shot the video of himself on set, and he's clearly apprehensive about the hair transformation, noting that his "heart is racing" while his stylist is ready, razor in hand.
McCartney cheekily smiles as his head is being shaved, entertaining the camera with a wide-eyed expression and laughing nervously as his hair falls to the ground.
