Sarah Hyland isn't exactly sure what had her breaking out in hives before yesterday's Golden Globes, but she has an idea.
"I woke up this morning with hives like all over my face and chest," the Modern Family star explained to me after tweeting about the horrific skin mishap. "I got a spray tan yesterday, so I think maybe it was from that. It was weird."
Fortunately, there was no sign of the hives at the Globes.
"I put on Benadryl lotion," Hyland said. "I didn't want to take a Benadryl pill because then everyone would have thought I was drunk."
Perhaps it was a reaction to something she ate? "I don't think so because all I've been eating lately are waffles and Milky Way bars," Hyland said.
