ESPN has issued a statement apologizing for Brent Musburger's comments on Katherine Webb in the audience at Monday night's Alabama game, admitting the sports commentator "went too far" with his seeming play-by-play coverage of the beauty queen.

The incessant coverage didn't go unnoticed by viewers and it didn't go unnoticed by the former Miss Alabama, who retweeted singer Charlie Daniels' proclamation after the game that he "saw nothing wrong with with Brent Musberger pointing out AJ McCarron's girlfriend in the stands at the national championship game [Monday] night. Here's what else went down last night:

Haylor Update: Harry Styles has been keeping busy rubbing his nipples, hanging out with a female friend in a hot tub and hitting the studio while Taylor Swift just visited a friend.

Miley Cyrus Says No Thanks: The Hannah Montana alum might've taken a Harry Styles cardboard cutout to bed, but Taylor (and Liam) needn't worry. Miley tweeted that "in no way" does she want the One Direction hottie.

Pesky Paps: Kendall Jenner tweets about how paparazzi make her "uncomfortable."
