The New Year's Eve parties are officially underway and the stars are out in force!

While it may be impossible to follow our favorite celebs all across the globe and ring in 2013 right along with them, many have taken to Twitter to tell us all about their plans—not only for this evening, but also for the year ahead.

Some stars are tweeting their resolutions, while others will presumably worry about that in the morning…er, late afternoon, tomorrow!
