The X Factor judge took to Twitter to share her holiday bliss with over 11 million followers today after enjoying the "best Christmas ever" with her friends and family in Texas.
"So very thankful to have spent Christmas with the ones that I love," the "Give Your Heart a Break" singer wrote. "Literally the best Christmas I've ever had. It even snowed! In TEXAS!!"
As for Demi's Christmas dinner? The down-to-earth star—who just dedicated a song to Newtown shooting victims—went to IHOP for her Christmas meal, using a silly hashtag on the social-media site to commemorate the occasion.
"#youknowyourredneckwhen…Hahaha yummm," she tweeted.
The singer-songwriter—who sought treatment two years ago for emotional and physical issues—also couldn't contain her excitement as she enjoyed a healthy and happy holiday with a newfound outlook on life.
"I don't know what's better...Being healthy and really happy, or people noticing how healthy and really happy you are?" she gushed. "It's just surreal. I never knew this kind of happiness existed. Cherishing this moment...So thankful for recovery. God is good."
And the stronger-than-ever star didn't stop there: "It's just an incredible feeling when people who haven't seen in a while tell you 'You look so happy'.. well, I'm glad it shows!!"
No doubt, Demi's fans are also glad to see the star is in a good place in her life.
