The late Anna Nicole Smith's mansion is about to be somebody's new home.

E! News confirms that the former Playboy model and E! star's Studio City property is now listed as "offer pending," meaning one lucky person snagged the 4,700 square foot digs—and even got a bargain!

The contemporary, Mediterranean-style house was originally listed at $1.7 million, but sold for a "mere" $1.3 million.

So who's the new owner?

The proposed buyer is not another celebrity hoping to live under the same roof Anna Nicole once did, but simply an admirer of the property identified as Rouzbeh Zoka.

Smith's former lawyer Howard K. Stern, who is now the executor of Smith's estate, is seeking court approval of the sale of the residence, according to court papers recently filed by his lawyers.

The open-floor-plan home—where Smith shot her E! reality program, The Anna Nicole Show—features five bedrooms and six bathrooms, a living room with dual fireplaces, a kitchen with granite countertops, a formal dining room and a pool.

The former Guess? Jeans model died in 2007 from a drug overdose. She was 39.
