Everybody loves a half-naked Twilight star. We happen to prefer our vampires shirtless in front of a roaring fire with a name that rhymes with Shellan Futz, but that's neither here nor there. Kristen Stewart in peek-a-boo synchronized swimmer costume from 1946 is a tolerable consolation prize, we guess. No, it isn't.

We speak of an Erdem getup that the actress wore in New York this week. It involved an Esther Williams-style bikini plus a cover-up that looked like cellophane wrap for a stack of overpriced Japanese-print greeting cards. We're not too mad at the Louboutins, though. In fact, if K.Stew were to just hand them over to us, nice and gently there— watch the stilettos—then we'll forgive her for the rest.

The sheer madness didn't stop there. For another screening, the actress chose a Malandrino dress with all the hallmarks of a K.Stew look: Sheer, short, tight and miserable.

Again, love the shoes.

A little confession time: If we looked like K.Stew, we'd probably dress like this too. Then again, we'd also be smiling.
