AKM-GSIBrooke Mueller's twin sons have returned to the family fold, which is not to be confused with the extended family fold that includes Charlie Sheen's other ex-wife, Denise Richards.
Sources confirm to E! News that, after briefly staying with Richards, Mueller's little boys are back with her family and she will be spending the holidays with them.
"She will be out of treatment on Sunday," says Mueller's assistant, Mallory Knighton, "and she is doing very well."
Mueller briefly landed in the hospital last Friday, her camp maintaining afterward that her trip to the ER was no more than a precautionary move on the paramedics' part after Mueller had trouble waking up from a nap and that no illegal drugs were found in her system.
Her lawyer then confirmed Tuesday that she was seeking treatment for addiction issues with Adderall.
Meanwhile, 3-year-old twins Bob and Max stayed briefly with Richards because, Knighton says, Mueller had fired her nanny.
