Anyone who has seen clips from the upcoming movie musical, Les Misérables, knows Amanda Seyfried can sing. But who knew she could rap, too?!
The 27-year-old proved just that while appearing on Ellen (airing today) after host Ellen DeGeneres brought up the fact that Seyfried and her fellow Les Miz castmates had recently done karaoke while promoting their flick in Japan.
"We were in Tokyo doing press," acknowledged Seyfried, who noted she had stepped up to the mic dressed as a frog after drinking a little sake.
Sure enough, DeGeneres was well-prepared. Pulling out the head of a frog costume and a little sake, she easily managed to get Seyfried to re-enact that night out.
Seyfried proceeded to rock a rousing rendition of the classic rap song, "California Love."
It's good to know the gal's got something to fall back on. You know, in case the whole acting thing goes south. (Like that would ever happen!)
