Taylor Swift doesn't know how to make a relationship last, and she's not afraid to say it (and sing about it).

The news shouldn't come as too much of a shock considering the songbird's highly publicized Hollywood beaus, but the "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" star is dishing dirt on her dating style (heads up, Harry Styles) in the January issue of Cosmopolitan U.K.

When asked what she doesn't understand about relationships, she said, "How to make them last."

She goes on to add: "I've never had a really long relationship, so I have no idea what that's like. Wish me luck for the future!"

Swift is currently linked to One Direction's 18-year-old Harry Styles, and the twosome have been spotted on PDA parade in NYC. Before Harry, the 22-year-old country cutie dated 18-year-old Conor Kennedy, and Taylor tells the mag that, for her, age is just a number when it comes to the dating game.

"I really don't have any rules about dating when it comes to height, age, career choice, anything like that. It doesn't matter," Swift, who has also dated 35-year-old John Mayer and 31-year-old Jake Gyllenhaal, said. "It's really more about strength of character. When it comes to age, I've been all over the map."
