Annie Leibovitz Lists Her Artsy NYC Home for $33 Million—Take a Look!

Famed photographer Annie Leibovitz has just listed her West Village house for $33 million, and this 10,202 square-foot compound has creativity written all over it.

It's actually comprised of three separate townhouses, each with their own unique offerings.

When Annie finished playing real-life monopoly (she bought two of the houses in 2002 and the third in 2003), she completely gutted the property and turned it into an artist's dream retreat!

Annie designed two of the houses to be her living space and guest quarters, and the third was converted into a studio space—with its own reception area and kitchen (because why not?!).

All three of the residences are at least partially interconnected and surround a private garden.

So, why is Annie selling this quirky compound?

Despite a well-publicized string of financial troubles, Broker Paula Del Nunzio says that Annie is headed uptown and she's actually making the move to be closer to her three daughters' school.
