Olivier Martinez Steps Out in Los Angeles After Altercation With Gabriel Aubry

Halle Berry's fiancee was spotted visiting a friend's house after the incident

Olivier Martinez has re-emerged after reportedly getting into a brawl with Halle Berry's ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry.

The Dark Tide star and his fiancé were spotted visiting a friend's home Thursday after the incident, with Martinez's swollen hand in clear view.

Immediately after the Thanksgiving Day tussle, the 46-year-old French actor had been transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Meanwhile, police tell E! news that Aubry was booked on misdemeanor investigation of battery, and later released on $20,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 13, according to the Los Angeles Times. 

TMZ reported that the incident occurred after Aubry went to Berry's house to drop off their 4-year-old daughter, Nahla.

Martinez and Aubry then got into an altercation, according to TMZ, with both men throwing punches at each other.

The 37-year-old model reportedly suffered a broken rib and contusions to his face, while Martinez sustained injuries to his hand and neck.
