Fans now have another reason to zip to The Hobbit faster than a speeding bullet.

Warner Bros. will unveil the first full theatrical trailer of Man of Steel before screenings of The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey on Dec. 14.

Man of Steel director Zack Snyder spilled the news to MTV Tuesday, saying, "It will be fun to see our crazy Man of Steel trailer and then enjoy The Hobbit because that's going to be great...It just feels like a fun Christmas thing to do, drag the whole family out for that action."

Indeed, The Hobbit fans are in for quite a treat: Not only will Superman take flight, but a nine-minute teaser for the eagerly anticipated sequel Star Trek Into Darkness will also screen before the first installment of Peter Jackson's new trilogy based on J.R.R. Tolkien's beloved book.
