SMG's rep confirmed the baby name to E! News.
And it looks like the little one is taking up all his mama's time as the actress recently tweeted her apologies for being AWOL, expressing: "Sorry I haven't been on in a while, Been too busy with my new little baby boy. Thanks for all the messages :)"
Rocky is the second child for Gellar and Prinze, who have been married since 2002, and are parents to the adorable, and now big sister, 3-year-old Charlotte Grace.
